Yes. You can select dryer temperature, water temperature, stain treatment, detergent, and fragrance. If you have severe scent allergies, let us know — we'll do our best to accommodate, though we can't always guarantee it.

We do not offer dry cleaning directly, but we partner with local providers. Subscribers can combine services for a one-stop solution.

What happens if something is lost or damaged?

We maintain a high standard of care. If there's an issue, contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We are not responsible for damage caused by weather or theft after delivery.
